Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard shipping on all US orders. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package International. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after processing, though delays due to customs processing may occur.

International shipping rate: $15.00 USD (flat rate, orders under 1 lb)

International Duties & Taxes Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Salt & Shore Collective has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Please note that refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned, in which case shipping costs are non-refundable.
